Dr. Miller, a board certified reproductive endocrinologist,
obstetrician and gynecologist, is the former Director of the Assisted
Reproductive Technology Program at Walter Reed Army Medical Center, the
National Naval Medical Center, and the National Institute of Health,
Bethesda, Maryland. While under his direction, the Assisted
Reproductive Technology (ART) Program was consistently one of the most
successful in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. He received his
medical degree, with distinction, from Wayne State University School of
Medicine, Detroit, Michigan and completed his residency in Obstetrics
and Gynecology at the National Naval Medical Center Bethesda, Maryland.
He completed his fellowship in reproductive endocrinology at the
Combined Federal Fellowship at National Institutes of Health, Bethesda,
Maryland. Dr. Miller is the author of numerous scientific articles and
has been the recipient of several awards, including both the United
States Army and Navy Achievement Medals. His scientific and medical
specialties include decreasing high order multiples in IVF with the
utilization of extended embryo culture and selective blastocyst
transfer. Dr. Miller is on the Board of Advisors for Child of My
Dreams, an online patient resource center for infertility and adoption.
He also serves on the Board of Directors for the American Infertility
Association, a national non-profit organization assisting couples with
infertility issues.
