Physician Leadership

The Company embraces a philosophy of physician leadership at all levels of the organization:

• Physicians own the professional corporation and own all clinical revenue at the Practice.
• Each Reproductive Science Center is managed by a Joint Practice Management Board made up of equal physician and Company representatives
• The Council of Physicians and Scientists is chartered with the responsibility to advise the Company in all aspects of its business operations and is comprised of representatives from each Reproductive Science Center
• The Chairman and Vice-Chairman of the Company's Board of Directors are physicians.
